I am an Electronics and Communications engineer by academics.
Over the years, I found by trial and error, the style that suits best for ME in stock markets.
I predominantly lean towards GROWTH stocks and follow the Growth At a Reasonable Price (GARP) method that was popularized by Peter Lynch and then blend it with Stage Analysis of charts which has been covered extensively by Stan Weinstein, William O'Neil and Mark Minervini. However great the fundamentals are of a company I dont by it until it confirms strength in charts. In summary my method is Techno-Funda.
This blended method of about fundamental and technical approach (Stage Analysis) to stock picking has worked very well for me. I would define my investing approach as Techno-Fundamental.
It is up to YOU to figure out what works best for you. PERIOD!
